Every number on this page is current. The KRUX network is built from real clearance data, contributed by founding partners, aggregated and anonymised before any output. This is what we know.
§ 01 Throughput
Submissions and clearances written to the KRUX record across the entire Kenyan import perimeter. Each line is live data, refreshed nightly at 22:00 UTC.
"Tracked" = unique clearances submitted via KRUX in the last 30 days. "On-time" = % cleared within regulator SLA. All numbers aggregate across the founding cohort.
§ 02 Corridor
Live in Kenya through the founding cohort. Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda arrive in 2027 — one regulator at a time, never before the data is ready.
We expand into a corridor only after we have at least one founding partner in each operator category, a documented working relationship with the local regulator, and a signed DPA template translated into the working language of the country.
§ 03 Disclosure
Network totals — entities, shipments, events, KES protected — are reported live and refreshed nightly at 22:00 UTC. Regulator throughput is aggregated monthly. Any party can verify a KTIN against the public record without an account.
We do not publish, sell, or share: shipment contents, CIF values, supplier names, HS codes, port-of-loading, or any reference number tied to a single entity. These remain private to the entity and their authorized operators.
SLA figures published on this page reflect each regulator's stated processing window as of 1 May 2026. KRUX recalculates against the regulator's current published procedure at runtime — the regulator's procedure governs in all cases.
The Data Partnership Agreement is signed before any submission. It is one page, in plain English, and covers what we collect, how it is anonymised, and how to revoke participation.
